ARCH Fellow
I am currently studying Conflict Analysis and Resolution with a concentration in Global Engagement and double minors in Data Analysis and Intelligence Analysis. I have spent most of my life advocating for unheard voices in an effort to establish equality and equity. Throughout this fellowship, I have worked alongside other community leaders and experts to establish a TRUTH Commission under Mayor Day in the city of Salisbury. In addition to the committee, I have worked with Dr. Charles Chavis and Jack Del Nunzio to host and record interviews that exposes the historic lynchings and its lasting effects on the community that span generations. As I move forward, I hope to continue working to support disadvantaged communities as well as Dr. Chavis and Jack Del Nunzio as they continue to conduct research through the John Mitchell Jr. Program.
