Oral History Coordinator & Public Historian
Jack Del Nunzio is a public historian of racial terror lynching, slavery & capitalism, and African American intellectual tradition. As Oral History Coordinator for the Mitchell Program and Project Manager for the Maryland Lynching Truth, Racial Healing, & Transformation Oral History Initiative, Jack designs and supports projects that are reparative, democratized, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and disruptive to white supremacist narratives and structures. Jack is a recent graduate of American University’s Public History MA Program, and he holds a BA in History and Economics from McDaniel College.
